Terms & Conditions

Plain-English version: you're buying a digital download of written material by Jess Halloran. It is for your personal use. It is not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final — but if something goes wrong, email us and we will make it right.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Jess Halloran ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of jesshalloran.online (the "Site") and your purchase of the No One Is Coming bundle (the "Product"). By purchasing or accessing the Product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

The Product is a digital bundle delivered as downloadable files (PDF and related materials). After successful payment you will receive a receipt and a download link by email. You may also download the files from the confirmation page immediately after checkout.

2. Price and payment

The current price of the bundle is displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's own terms.

3. License — what you can and can't do with the files

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to download, read, and use the files for your own use. You may print a copy for yourself.

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files in whole or in part.
• Post the files (or substantial excerpts) publicly, including on file-sharing sites, forums, social media, or any "swipe file."
• Use the content to train, fine-tune, or build a machine-learning or AI model, or feed it into any automated system for that purpose.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

All content in the Product and on the Site — text, images, layout, logos — is owned by Jess Halloran or licensed to us and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Refund policy

Because the Product is delivered instantly as a digital download, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

That said: if the files fail to deliver, if the wrong product was charged, if you were charged more than once, or if the Product is materially defective, email jess@jesshalloran.online within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem, resend the files, or issue a refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be contested with evidence of delivery.

5. Not professional advice

The Product contains personal narrative, opinions, and general information written from the author's experience as a solo mom. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or career advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. The author is not a therapist, coach, attorney, social worker, financial planner, or licensed professional in any regulated field.

6. Results disclaimer

Any outcomes described in the Product or in marketing for it (income gained, hours recovered, stability reached) are examples, not promises. Results are not typical and will vary widely based on your background, support network, employment and financial situation, physical and mental health, and the work you put in. You accept full responsibility for any decisions you make based on the Product.

7. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site or Product to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or other users' accounts.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any code that disrupts the Site.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site and Product may link to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Product are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the Product will meet your specific needs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jess Halloran and her affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Site or Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or Product will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jess Halloran and her affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Product, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Product after changes means you accept the new Terms.
